Registration and Fees
Registation closes on 8th of May 2019.
Regular Conference Fee: 690EUR
Fee for governmental employees: 480EUR
Student fee: 345EUR
In order to register as a governmental employee or student you must enter a special discount code while filling your registration form. To receive your code, please contact logistics.cycon -at- ccdcoe.org
To prove your student status, please scan your academic ID card and send it together with your discount code request.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
95% of the conference fee can be refunded if the participation is cancelled before 06 May 2019.
50% of the conference fee can be refunded if the participation is cancelled between 06 May and 20 May 2019.
No refund will be issued for the cancellations received after 21 May 2019.
Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis if a participant is unable to attend the conference due to a family death, illness or other extraordinary circumstance.
Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund. In such a case the registrant is obliged to notify the CyCon organisers of such a change immediately. Transaction in this case will take place between the registrant and the substitute.
In the event of it being impossible for NATO CCD COE to carry out CyCon for force majeure cases, NATO CCD COE will only be obliged to reimburse the payments received subject to deduction of any costs it has incurred in preparing the event. This liability only extends to the payments made directly to NATO CCD COE and not to payments made by the attendees to the hotel or airlines.
Refunds will be made in the following ways:
* Credit cards: Refunds for credit card payments will only be to the original card charged;
* Bank transfers: a transfer will be made back into the account the original payment was made from;
The policy, as stated on this page, is valid from 18 March 2019.
