Dr Bilyana Lilly, CISSP is a cybersecurity and information warfare professional. She helps senior executives in the U.S. government and the private sector to make strategic decisions while accounting for evolving cyber and geopolitical risk. She is the chair of the cyber resilience track of the Warsaw Security Forum and the leader of the Forum’s cyber group which gathers senior professionals from Microsoft, Meta, Claroty, CERT UA, and others. Lilly has worked at the United Nations, the RAND Corporation and Deloitte. She has a PhD and three master’s degrees, including a degree from Oxford University (honors). Lilly’s second book “Russian Information Warfare” became an Amazon best seller. She has been denounced by Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and called a cyber expert by Tom Hanks.
