Deborah Housen-Couriel

Deborah is the Chief Legal Officer and VP Regulation for Konfidas Digital Ltd., a leading Israeli cybersecurity company advising clients on high-level strategies for legal planning and compliance in the areas of cyber preparedness and incident response. Deborah’s experience at the international level includes her work as a member of the IGE that drafted the 2017 Tallinn 2.0 Manual; and as a Core Expert for the Manual on International Law Applicable to Military Uses of Outer Space (MILAMOS). Deborah is currently a member of the Advisory Board for Hebrew University’s Federmann Cyber Security Research Center, and teaches cyber law at Hebrew University Law School and Reichman University.
