Eduardo Izycki worked for 12 years for the Brazilian Federal Government in the Risk and Threat Assessment during mega events in Brazil (Rio+20 Conference, 2014 World Cup, and 2016 Olympics). Afterwards, he worked at the Brazilian Critical Infrastructure Protection Program. He holds a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of BrasÃlia (UnB). In addition, he was a Chevening Alumnus at King’s College London during his second master’s in International Peace and Security. Furthermore, he is a Cyber Conflict and International Law professor at Brazilian Research Institute (IDP) and teaches Cybersecurity Planning at Impacta University MBA. Eduardo is a seasoned researcher and professional at the crossroads of international law, international relations and cyber security.
