Grace B. Mueller, PhD, is a postdoctoral fellow at the Army Cyber Institute at West Point. She is also an Adjunct Lecturer in the Political Science Department at Southern Methodist University. Mueller earned her PhD in Political Science at the University of Texas at Dallas in June 2022. Her current research explores how cyberspace affects various aspects of international relations, and particularly its role in warfighting. Along with her interests in cyber security, she has also co-authored projects related to peacekeeping, including a forthcoming book.
