Iryna Donets

Iryna Donets is an expert in defense cooperation and digital transformation. Currently serves as an Advisor to the Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine, she specializes in coordinating IT and Cyber support within the Ministry of Defence and additionally leads the MOD’s Capability Coalitions Support Office designed to facilitate cross-coordination of international military aid to Ukraine. Previously she led projects for NATO, focusing on enhancing Ukraine’s defence C4 capabilities and interoperability. With a background in strategic studies and international relations, including an MA from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Iryna is dedicated to advancing Ukraine’s security and defense through her practical expertise and commitment.
