Kateryna Chernohorenko has practised law for over 15 years. Since the inception of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, she has been an integral part of the reform team, spearheading the launch of next-generation electronic services such as eBaby for the parents of newborn children, electronic hospital services, and the COVID certificate within the Diia platform. She also initiated and led the “Army of Drones” project, which has played a crucial role in advancing the UAV field in Ukraine. In autumn 2023, she assumed the position of Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digital Transformations, Digital Development, and Digitalization. Kateryna’s key directions at the Ministry include services for military personnel and conscripts, combat and non-combat digital systems, and innovations.
