Lisandra Novo is a staff lawyer for the Strategic Litigation Project at the Atlantic Council. Previously, Novo was a judicial fellow at the International Court of Justice, a visiting professional at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, and has worked on civil US litigation for gross human-rights violations committed abroad. She also previously served as a Fulbright scholar in Spain where she conducted research on transitional justice. Novo holds a JD from Harvard Law School and an LLM in law and technology in Europe from Utrecht University.
