Marie Thøgersen is a PhD fellow at iCourts, Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen, and Institute for Military Technology at the Royal Danish Defence College. Her research explores the international legal implications of the deployment of cyber weapons in the context of armed conflicts with a particular focus on the involvement of non-State actors.
