Matt Malone is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, Thompson Rivers University. He received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Toronto and a Master of Arts from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and dual common law and civil law degrees from McGill University. His academic writing has appeared in French and English in several refereed journals as well as popular publications. Before joining Thompson Rivers University, Matt practiced law in California, where he worked in the Silicon Valley office of Morrison & Foerster. Following that, he worked in a boutique investigations firm.
