Scott Sullivan is a Professor at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point with appointments in the Army Cyber Institute and Department of Law. Professor Sullivan’s research focuses on the intersection of emerging technology and cybersecurity with international and U.S. national security law. Currently, he is a co-principal investigator on a $1.5 million cybersecurity grant awarded by the U.S. National Security Agency, and the European Commission has also funded his research. He has held an endowed professorship at Louisiana State University, been on the faculty at the University of Texas, and received a Fulbright Fellowship to research at the European University Institute.
