Raymond H. Andresen is currently working as a legal advisor at the Department of Security Policy and Operations at the Norwegian Ministry of Defence, where he works primarily with cyber-related questions as well as topics relating to Operational Law and Law of Armed Conflicts. Raymond is both a trained officer and a legal advisor, holding his legal degree from the University of Bergen and American University, Washington D.C. He has a long military experience ranging from working as a legal advisor at the Norwegian Joint Headquarters, to completing several military deployments, including a year as Chief Legal Advisor to the UN Mission in South Sudan.
