Robin Bakke is the Specialist Director Cyber Security at the Ministry of Justice and Public Security of Norway. He has been instrumental in developing Norway’s approach to cyber security. He led the Norwegian team that drafted the fourth Norway cyber security strategy, Norway’s first white paper on cyber security and the latest white paper – National control and digital resistance to safeguard national security. He has been at the Ministry of Justice and Public Security for over 15 years. In addition to the field of cyber security he has over the years worked with national preparedness and emergency planning within several areas. Robin holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia.
