H.E. Yutaka Arima

Yutaka Arima is the Ambassador in charge of Cyber Policy with the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He joined the ministry in 1991 and has served in Washington and New York. In Tokyo, he has experience in Japan-US relations, Japan-China relations, legal affairs and economic assistance among other. He has also been seconded to the Prime Minister’s office. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Tokyo, and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School. He is a member of the New York bar.
